International Terms and Conditions:  

Payment
All International Sales Are Final. No Returns or Exchanges! All orders over $500 are to be funded via wire transfer prior to shipment, no exceptions. American Express or Paypal is the prfered international payment method for amounts under $500. Credit Card Payments under $500 are can be processed through our shopping cart. There are no exceptions to this payment procedure. Please contact us with any questions. All orders are shipped insured. If any items are damaged during transit the customer must contact Fedex immediately and file a claim themselves. Direct Brands, LLC will not file any claim on behalf of the customer. We will not send replacement product until the claim with Fedex is resolved. Once Fedex has a signature from a party of addressee, it is no longer the responsibility of Direct Brands, LLC. This includes loss or damage.

Shipping
All International orders take 3-5 day's of processing time, from the time of payment, for document and package preparation. Please take this into consideration when ordering. International orders ship via FedEx International Priority 1-5 day delivery. If you require we will also ship to a freight forwarder or your choice here in the US. We can arrange large shipments through BDP international transport. All shipments are insured.

Taxes/Duties
All taxes and/or duties are not the responsibility of Direct Brands, LLC.. Direct Brands, LLC. will not quote or predetermine any duties or taxes. They are the responsibility of the recipient. If Fedex charges us for any unpaid duties/taxes Direct Brands, LLC will charge the customer these fees. We ship all international orders with a commercial invoice for the full amount. It is unlawful to send purchases without Commercial documentation. We will not send any items without this documentation. We will not send orders as: "samples" or "gifts" or orders without value.

Warranties
Steiner's manufacturer warranty is valid from the time of purchase. All warranty work must be preformed in the USA by Steiner USA(Pioneer-Research). Direct Brands, LLC. is not responsible for any costs associated for returning the products for warranty work. This includes shipping and taxes or duties.
